Project Perla

Last November Perla suffered a serious brain aneurysm that required immediate surgery in Puebla. The doctors were able to repair the ruptured area using platinum coils which stopped the internal bleeding in her brain. With the aneurysm and the swelling in her brain after the surgery, Perla's speech and physical abilities were affected although she showed real improvement as the days passed.

Reach For The Stars Benefit

Youth Services for Oklahoma County presents the 8th annual Reach For the Stars! benefit on March 26 at the Skirvin Hilton Hotel.
